Federico Brodsky


Federico Brodsky is the founder of Press On Sports (P.O.S.) and has run the company since 2004. Federico is a marketing consultant that graduated from  Universidad Argentina de la Empresa and is a former professional, international basketball player. Federico’s passion is "enhancing communities through sports", and it has been the motto that has guided P.O.S. programs since the inception of the company. Federico's programs combine excellence in sports with an innovative approach to learning that uses sports to educate young athletes about positive values and connect individuals from diverse cultural groups. In addition to bonding different cultural groups through sports, Federico has a strong commitment to the community that is exemplified by continuously providing scholarships, fundraising, hosting charity events, and bringing sports to area schools and community centers.


Federico was born in Argentina. He currently lives in Miami, Florida with his wife Cintia and their children Daien, Ilan and Julia. In his free time, he loves to play basketball.


Ernest Sosa

Program Director 

First Sergeant (Ret.) Ernest Sosa is a retired 22-year Veteran of the Armed Forces. He served in the United States Army from 1981-2002. Upon retirement Ernest Sosa began his second career as a certified Broward Schools Educator serving in the capacity of a Junior Reserve Officer Instructor. He is currently serving in his 12th year as a Broward County Educator.


Some of his most significant achievements include: Wall Mart Teacher of the Year, Drill Sergeant of the Year, Drill Sergeant Distinguished Graduate, Primary Non-Commissioned Officer Distinguished Graduate, USSSA Basketball Director of the Year, and South Florida Youth basketball Association President.


Vaughn Lewis

Program Supervisor & Recruit Specialist

With over 35 years of high school, collegiate and semi-pro playing experience, Vaughn Lewis brings a vast wealth of knowledge and experience to Press On Sports. A self-described "Gym-Rat" he has a passion and love for the game that translates into a drive and desire to teach and motivate all who wish to improve their skill level, game and career. A native of Pittsburgh, Pa., a city which has produced some of the most notable collegiate and professional coaches in the country, afforded him the opportunity to play for and learn from some of the very best in basketball. Upon re-locating to Miami and thru their common passion for basketball he forged a friendship and eventual professional partnership with Federico Brodsky, CEO of Press On Sports. For the last 10 years, the two of them have coached, mentored and developed a multitude of young players into elite collegiate and professional players. Encouraging these athletes to have a philosophy of continual self-improvement.


Vaughn also serves as Skills/Player Development Coach specializing in recruitment and college placement for any and all of the potential student-athletes that Press on Sports mentors. He has a proven track record of identifying and pairing many young student athletes with a variety of Colleges and Universities at all levels of competition

Cintia Wessolowski

Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator

Cintia is a specialist in public relations, press, journalism, marketing and communication, having worked for the U.S. and Latin American markets.  

Wessolowski has created and implemented numerous strategic communication campaigns for AOL Argentina, VISA Argentina, Procter & Gamble, Ramada Pinamar Hotel, Intercontinental Hotel Buenos Aires, Lo Jack, Sociedad Latinoamericana de Inversion (Liberman Group), Expo-Aventura, La Primavera Construction Project, Dialogo Advertising, Crown Linen USA (Industrial Laundry), Chispa SA Honduras (Safety Indumendary) and Playing the Game of Life, among others.  In the non-profit sector, she worked on projects for different organization such as Ayuda Miami, Miami Children’s Museum, The Children’s Trust, Cable Tap Community Channel, Alliance for Aging, Florida Reggio Collaborative for the Rights of Children, Stand Up For Those Who Can’t, Extreme Tennis Academy MAR JCC and the United States Tennis Association (USTA).


Cintia Wessolowski has a degree in Communication and Journalism from Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) and Taller Escuela Agencia TEA in Argentina. With over 15 years of experience, she brings a unique combination of expertise to Press On Sports.
